Services

Housekeeping

 

  • For residents who so wish, the housekeeping team is on hand to maintain their apartments and the Center’s common areas, ensuring a pleasant, clean atmosphere.

Laundry 

 

  • If residents wish, a laundry service is available on site for their clothes. All clothing must be machine-washable. It is not necessary to identify garments.

Maintenance and safety

 

  • The Centre offers a repair and maintenance service for the building’s equipment and grounds, to make the environment both attractive and safe. Some minor repairs or adjustments to equipment required by residents can be made by maintenance staff. All requests must be made through the administration. Fire practices are carried out on a regular basis.

Leisure services

 

  • The Center occasionally organizes activities for residents. The activity schedule is posted on the bulletin boards next to the elevator on each floor, and opposite the mailboxes.

Attendant care

 

  • Attendants Care Services are available at all times to assist residents with basic needs such as personal care, meal preparation, help with showering, etc., as well as with passive range-of-motion exercises. If more advanced care or medical attention is required, an assessment of need will be made and, if necessary, the Extra-Mural program will be requested.
